In April 2019, Acuity became a part of Squarespace. Here are the answers to some common questions about the change:
Is the Acuity product I love going away?
Nope! We're going to keep doing what we've always done. But we do expect our product to improve even faster, thanks to the additional resources Squarespace will provide.
What's changing?
You can expect our ability to integrate with Squarespace to grow over time. But Acuity will still be Acuity and available as a standalone product.
What is this Squarespace thing, anyway?
Squarespace is the all-in-one platform to build a beautiful online presence. If you need a domain, an impeccably designed website, an online store, a marketing campaign, or all of the above, they have you covered. Check out Squarespace.
Is pricing changing?
There are not any plans to change our pricing right now.
Will I need to have Squarespace to use Acuity?
Acuity will still be offered as a standalone product. You'll still be able to embed Acuity in any webpage, hosted anywhere.
Is there anything Acuity customers need to do?
Just keep being awesome. Your account will continue to run without a hiccup.
If I have questions about Acuity or Squarespace, where do I send them?
Acuity questions still go to Acuity support, and Squarespace questions still go to Squarespace.
What’s happening to the Acuity staff?
Someone new is signing our paychecks. Otherwise, not much is changing at all. The entire staff will still be here to help you with all things Acuity!
Where can I find out more?
We held a town hall webinar for Acuity users to ask questions. Watch a recording of the webinar.
Anything else I should know?
