Labels allow you to mark appointments as confirmed, make sure your staff knows a specific appointment is extra important, or mark a class attendee as checked-in, among other things. In Acuity, you can mark each appointment with one label.
When viewing the appointment calendar, labels appear as a colored box in the upper-righthand corner of an appointment.
When in detail view, the full label appears, as in this appointment, which has been labeled "Totally Awesome!":
In class lists, the labels appear beneath client's names:

Note: Acuity users with View & Edit access can add and remove labels from appointments and class attendees. Only users with Admin access can create, edit or delete the labels themselves.
