Alternating hours every other week
If your schedule alternates every other week, we’ve got the tool for you. Here’s how you can set it up!
Step 1:
Go to Business Settings > Availability and make sure the box next to This calendar has regular hours every week is unchecked.
Step 2:
Then, scroll down to the Override hours for Specific Days calendar, select the first date you want to be available, and enter your available hours.
Step 3:
Next, select Until end date... and enter a date that’s 2 weeks or more from the start date. Once you've entered that end date, a checkbox option for hours every other week will appear - check that box. When all of your available hours have been entered, select Set Hours. Once finished, the calendar will reflect an every-other-week schedule of available hours.
Step 4:
If you're only open every other week, you don't have to do this step. Otherwise, if your hours are different every other week, repeat Steps 2 and 3, starting with the alternating week and fill in your availability, making sure to check the hours every other week box. Then, select Set Hours again, and your alternate weeks are officially set up!
