All devices will be tested for cellular connectivity before leaving the warehouse.
- Any devices that become inactive while in the field will be eligible for a no-cost hot swap claim, issuing a replacement device in exchange for the return of the faulty device.
- Client will not be charged for the shipping, deployment, or recall process resulting from an approved cellular connectivity hot swap claim.
- If, after return to the warehouse, the device is found to have lost cellular connectivity due to tampering with the network card or subscriber identification module (SIM) card, Client will become responsible for any out-of-coverage costs related to a denied damaged device insurance claim, repair, or previously credited shipping, deployment, and recall fees.
