Changing your password in your account

  • Go to the My Account section
  • Click the Change Password button.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Click Save Changes.

Resetting a forgotten password

  • Go to https://acuityscheduling.com/forgotpass.php.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click Reset Password.
  • Go to your email inbox and find the password reset message from Acuity Scheduling.
  • Click Reset your password.
  • Type in your new password.
  • Click Save Password.

If you're having trouble using the forgotten password link:

  • Make sure the email address you're entering is the one you use as your Acuity account username.
  • Check the cookie settings on your current browser and make sure third-party cookies are enabled.
  • Use a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
  • If none of these steps work, email us.
