Device Protection: Loss, Theft and Damage

Company shall provide loss, theft, and damage coverage and same-day device replacement services to Client.
  1. Covered claims include accidental damage such as cracked screens or liquid spills, liquid submersion, theft/burglary/robbery with verifiable police report, fire/flood damage, vandalism with verifiable police report, natural disasters, power surge due to lightning.
  2. Damage claims may be submitted twice per year per device.
  3. Verifiable theft may be submitted twice per year per device and must be accompanied by a supporting police report.
  4. Non-verifiable theft or loss claims may be submitted once per year per device, with a claim limit not to exceed 15% of owned devices per year.
  5. Any lost or stolen devices that are replaced through device protection and then recovered by Client after a replacement device is issued are property of Company and must be returned immediately.
  6. Any device claims that are not defined by the covered criteria above shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed a claim approval.
  7. Submitted claims will be processed as quickly as possible. Once all necessary documentation and certifications are received from Client, Company will issue a claim determination within 1-business day.
  8. Upon approval of a loss, theft, or damage claim, Company shall issue a replacement device to the inventory of Client same-day and shall waive the fees associated with the first deployment of the new device.
