Kiosk & Profile Configuration Deployments
Profiles designed and approved by Client will be provisioned on specified devices during the business hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm EST.
- Approved provision requests will be processed as quickly as possible and will be provisioned no more than 4 business hours after the request is received.
- New and updated profile and kiosk drafts will be processed as quickly as possible and will be delivered for approval within 1-business day.
- Time-sensitive adjustments should be requested through the live-chat functionality during regular business hours and will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
- Time-sensitive adjustments outside of regular business hours should be requested through the live chat or email support, will be processed on a case-by-case basis, and may result in additional out-of-scope support fees at our published hourly rate.
