Specification of Services

  1. Acquisition and deployment of 8.4-inch (or similar) android tablets configured for telehealth and remote patient monitoring, including protective casing and screen shield.

  2. Configuration and ongoing support for patient interface profile creation and management for telehealth services.

  3. 4G LTE cellular connection for the purposes of accessing approved telehealth intervention and programming.

  4. Creation and maintenance of basic device interaction training materials.

  5. Hosting and implementation of supplemental training materials provided by Client.

  6. Distribution and delivery of device and accessories to a specified location.

  7. Providing technical support and troubleshooting of device issues to Client staff during regular business hours.

  8. Coordinating and processing approved claims for devices loss, theft, and damage.

  9. Recalling devices and providing return shipping services to a specified location.

  10. Testing devices for transmittable disease, sterilizing devices, and performing device health analysis to assess device field-readiness.

  11. Replacing worn or expired device accessories to improve field-readiness.

  12. Warehousing unassigned devices until ready for re-deployment.

  13. Redistributing and shipping warehoused device and accessories to a specified location.
