Training Material Creation & Hosting
In order to support the experience of the end-user, Company will create and distribute print and video media to educate users about the basic functionalities of the devices.
- Company will update the materials to reflect changes in functionality, as needed.
- Company will make available versions of the content in common languages to improve accessibility.
- Company will NOT create training materials for third-party software platforms utilized by Client.
- Company will support the implementation of additional training materials provided by Client to be made accessible to the end-user. Company will not be responsible for translating the additional materials.
- Upon request, company can provide a new Scope of Work (SOW) to support the creation and translation of additional support materials on a case-by-case basis.
