For the ones using our mobile app, we offer an instant way to get in touch with us.

We call it the in-app-feedback tool and it's pretty cool.

All you have to do to report anything to our team is:

STEP 1)

Make sure you're in the Acuity Scheduling mobile app, and you've just experienced the issue you want to report, then:

EITHER:

  • Shake the device (only works on version 3 of the app or greater)

OR

  • Tap the screenshot combination (works on all versions of the app)

On iOS the screenshot combination is the power button and the home button. Here's a guide about taking screenshots on iOS.

On Android the screenshot combination is the volume down button and the power button.

STEP 2)

If you do any of the actions above a pop up dialog will show up asking you what you'd like to report:

At that point, a screenshot of the current state of the app will be taken (no matter which way you invoked the helper)

- (Optional) If you want to help us even more, you can even annotate (draw) on the screenshot like this:

STEP 3)

Finally all you have to do is type a couple of words describing the issue you just experienced, and send the feedback our way by tapping the send button on the top right of the screen.

That's it, the report is immediately sent to us and includes debug logs that help us figure what went wrong (that's why it's important to always report an issue at the time it happened while on that same screen it happened).

We typically reply via email within hours.
Try it and let us know if you like it.
